Rodomach developed and delivered standard- and special installations to our partner FST, the forefront of supplying the Thermal Spray industry. As the System Integrator for welding and assembling solutions we can add value to our experience and new technologies to this market. Projects in this industry requires robust and reliable products. Double Drive Lathe
During this project Rodomach developed a special lathe with robot track. The lathe is integrated in the robot control so these two elements can work together and very accurate operations can be done on this machine.

Coupled Turntables
Rodomach developed special manipulators for different purposes. All positions are customized to customers. The turntables have a payload of 25 kg per piece and have a maximum speed of 300 rpm.

Rodomach developed special manipulators for different purposes. All positions are customized to customers. This manipulator has a payload of 1250 kg, can be tilted to -90 to +90 degree and has a max speed of 300 rpm.
