Fibre Reinforced Technology industry

RODOMACH is developing and delivering standard- and special installations to partners in de fibre reinforced industry. We delivered installations for producing fibre-reinforced thermoplastic and rubber products. These installations can handle special tape-placement-heads witch are the base of the tape/rubber-placement-process. The advantage of composites is their ability to replace standard lightweight and high strength metals with an even lighter-weight and higher strength alternative. We work together with manufacturers who are specialized in the design of cord reinforcement structures for rubber or taped products. Rodomach has supplied several installations to realize these products. Developing customized solutions where we can accelerate with our knowledge of (robot) automation and process technology.
