RODOMACH is developing and delivering standard- and special installations to the automotive supply industry. As the System Integrator for welding and assembling solutions we are focusing on bringing our experience and new technologies to the automotive market. The projects of us in the automotive industry are various. Some typical projects are on regular base standard arc welding cells and spot welding cells. More dedicated are installations for assembly automotive seating components with high volumes and high-quality demands.

Quality fixtures are crucial for high volume production. Fixtures, developed and delivered by RODOMACH, guarantee high product quality. We pay special attention to reachability of welding torches, spatter protection, ease of adjustment and ergonomically loading.

Laser Welding
Laser welding is mainly used for joining components that require high welding speeds, thin and small weld seams and low thermal distortion. Laser welding is an excellent automatic operation, very accurate and the quality is controlled online during the process.

RODOMACH has many years experience with resistance welding processes. Depending on the product geometries and demands we can choose the appropriate resistance welding variants such as spot welding, projection welding and medium frequency (MF) welding.
