Robot Tracks

RODOMACH developed linear motion tracks for robots for all kind of purposes. As a developer of special machines, Rodomach knows which details are important for you as a customer. For more than 20 years we have focused on the development of specialized installations for our worldwide customers. We’ve developed linear robot axis for palletising, welding, wrapping, flame spray technology and much more.

The robot tracks can move robots with excellent stability and accuracy in a compact design. They are suitable as 7th-axis transfer unit for the robots of the main robot manufacturers such as ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa and KUKA. Our machines, manipulators and linear robot axis have one thing in common which is Quality. We only use first class components and stable welded and machined steel frame for high accuracy and stability.

The heavy-duty tracks are available in multiple variants and lengths. Specifications such as number of movements, speed, dimensions, payloads and accuracy for these shuttle systems are adjusted for each situation. All lengths are possible, and it is available with multiple carriages thanks to the modular system. Besides that, they are adaptable to various environments and are dirt resistance. A renewed system ensures easy assembly and alignment. We use different ways of drive units specialized to the requested application and robot. Our tracks can be equipped with an integrated suction system, automatic lubrication and protection cover. In addition, we have ceiling mounted and wall mounted variants.
