Positioners
RODOMACH has developed special positioners, also called manipulators, for different purposes. Typical situations where these can be used are: Thermal Flame Spraying, Laser Cladding, Fiber reinforced rubber technology and welding process. Requirements such as movements, axes, speed, dimensions, payloads and accuracy are adjusted to the specific situation. We deliver high-class production equipment to our customers and pay great attention to product- and process quality for medium and mass production volumes. Various examples are given below.

Rodomach developed special manipulators for different purposes. All positions are customized to customers. The turntables have a payload of 25 kg per piece and have a maximum speed of 300 rpm.

Double Drive Lathe with robot track
During this project Rodomach developed a special lathe with robot track. The lathe is integrated in the robot control so these two elements can work together and very accurate operations can be done on this machine.

Lathe R2000
For this project RODOMACH developed a specialized lathe with a movable traverse-unit mounted on the frame. The tailstock of the lathe is equipped with a spindle system to tension the product between the four-jaw chucks or center points.
