Quality fixtures are crucial for high volume production. Fixtures, developed and delivered by RODOMACH, guarantee high product quality. We pay special attention to reachability of welding torches, spatter protection, ease of adjustment and ergonomically loading / unloading of parts. As a System Integrator we take responsibility for complete projects. Most projects for (standard) welding cells are delivered complete with all required equipment, welding fixtures, controls, flow control up to process integration and optimisation for a successful start of production on customers premises.
